Program Role: Student on Supply Chain Learning Track

Program Length: 6 weeks

Program Description:

This program was aimed to teach and inspire undergraduate and graduate students more about how Schneider Electric functions in the corporate world and how they strive to achieve their goals. Before this program began, everyone interested had to apply and submit their resume. After two weeks, I was selected to be apart of the Supply Chain learning track. The program is split into two phases: Phase 1 and Phase 2. Phase 1 consists of online e-learning modules through Schneider Electric University. After Phase 1 is complete, Phase 2 consists of an online project simulation. After completing both phases, feedback and a certificate of completion will be given by Schneider Electric experts. Below is more information on what I learned from this program.

Phase 1 - Online Learning:

Phase 1 consisted of online learning modules provided by Schneider Electric. Such learning consisted of principles such as the Kaizen methodology, Six Sigma, and many more techniques. The aim of the program was

Phase 2 - Project Simulation:

Phase 2 consisted of a project that I simulated using the knowledge gained from Phase 1

Solution to Design Challenge:

After completing this project, I learned a lot of important lessons. .... Our subteam ran into a few challenges along the team. One of them was that we struggled to maintain a steady form of communication considering that we were all on different schedules. Additionally, we experienced a problem . However, I overcame these issues . Overall, this was a succesful project and I gained more knowledge about
